1.2 mile swim, 56 mile cycle, 13.1 mile run

The event that will deliver a truly world class atmosphere. The swim course is a very sheltered bay, with a 2 lap anti clockwise swim. The bike course starts with a small incline, then a very fast rolling section taking you to the big smoke, St Davids, the UK's smallest city. The course then turns back towards the crowds in Fishguard at the half way mark, providing you will that inspiration to smash the second lap. The run course is tough but you know one of our famous sayings "nothing great is easy"! The reward at the finish line will make every second worth it.

Swim Course

The course takes place within the harbour. The course is 2 laps.

Bike Course

The Bike course begins with a steady 3 mile ascent allowing you to fuel, before a fast section all the way to St Davids, the Country's smallest city. You will complete 2 laps of this course on fully closed roads.

Run Course - 4 Laps

Middle-distance athletes will be required to do four laps of the run route.
